Colorado Land Advisor represents a new generation of Urban Planners. Our firm works with developers, land owners and Realtors to enhance the market value of their development property. As trusted advisors to builders and developers in Western Colorado, we create development concepts that are respected throughout the land development industry. Our established relationships and practical experience provide depth of understanding in how to increase the value of land in today's market conditions. We have worked on many "troubled properties" where we found hidden assets.
Our Principal, Jeffery Fleming, has over 25 years experience in project management and real estate development. Colorado Land Advisor combines research, development and marketing expertise that has completed over 100 projects. Our planning and design projects include commercial, industrial and residential sites in dozens of master planned communities valued at over $320 million. We understand how to plan, design and develop land projects. We determine not only what a property is worth today, but how we can add value by turning constraints into assets to attain the highest possible value.
Our Development Planning approach includes market research, feasibility studies, infrastructure design and cost-benefit analysis of land development with anticipated revenues. This process maximizes land values and reduces risk. Colorado Land Advisor can provide a solid development strategy as your development partner.

We believe that by keeping the city in the city we protect the
environment. We believe in promoting Pedestrianism.
A project can be a series of buildings or it can be spaces made
for living life. We believe that what is sometimes seen as a
constraint is actually an asset waiting to realize it's potential.
Colorado Land Advisor's goal is to help each project realize
it's greatest potential. Our design ideas "take a space and turn
it into a place", a place that people want to live in.
At Colorado Land Advisor we are real estate entrepreneurs who are passionate about Western Colorado. The lifestyle of the western mountains and desert canyons provide a great backdrop for an incredible home. As Accredited Urban Planners and Civil Engineers we have experienced in how to build great places. From these experiences we understand what people call "home". These are the places we design.
